The UCF FAIRWINDS Alumni Center has the unique ability to rent multiple ballroom space. The 23,000-square-foot conference center has three ballrooms, one boardroom, a private library with a piano and a spacious patio that's perfect for receptions. Numerous outdoor settings, including the UCF Arena, make for a creative background for meetings, banquets and receptions.
Carefully integrated into the landscape of the University of Central Florida, the FAIRWINDS Alumni Center is well placed geographically, interstate accessibility within 15 minutes of downtown Orlando and less than 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. We are also located 40 minutes from all of the major theme parks including Universal Studios, Walt Disney World and Sea World.
