Regus office space at The Orlando University business center occupies two suites of a low-rise building on a high-quality commercial development called the Quadrangle. As its name suggests, the business center is close to the talent pool represented by the University of Central Florida and Research Park.It is conveniently located minutes from Orlando International Airport, with access to downtown and major road routes like Hwy 417.

UCF On-Campus Parking Permit: UCF alumni can purchase a parking permit that has the same privileges as a regular staff permit (authorizing you to park in any staff or student lot, which includes any parking garage). This benefit is typically only available to faculty, staff, students and vendors. Alumni who fall under the above categories are required to purchase their respective parking permit. The parking eligibility letter can be downloaded in these formats: PDF Version of Letter or Word Doc Version of Letter UCF Recreation and Wellness Center: NEW discount for alumni only! Receive first four months of unlimited access for $25.00 per month, renew for $45.00 per month or $120 per semester. Present your UCF Alumni key card to obtain discount.
