"All thanks to the incredible support of our community and friends, we’ve ignited a flame that will burn brightly for many years and help countless individuals reach their dreams.”

— Interim President Thad Seymour Jr.

1. On Friday, UCF announced that $531,507,722 in gifts and commitments were received through IGNITE: The Campaign for UCF, the most ambitious fundraising campaign in the university’s 51-year history. The funds raised will be used to support student success, faculty excellence, athletics and other initiatives, including the new downtown campus. Way to go, Knight Nation!

2. It's always great to have our alumni and friends back on campus for Homecoming, and this year was no exception. From our ChargeOn: Rise Above Panel, to Black and Gold Takeover and our Indoor Tailgate, we were lucky to see so many Knights celebrating their alma mater. Take a look at our photo gallery to see photos from 2019 Homecoming!

3. To top off a week of phenomenal homecoming festivities, UCF Alumni hosted the Shining Knights Alumni Awards Ceremony at UCF Downtown on Friday, Oct. 18.
