Some may say it was meant to be --- the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl is celebrating its *golden* season, and in its 50th year, our Knights will take on Auburn on New Year's Day. UCF enters the matchup as the American Athletic Conference champion and the only undefeated team remaining in the FBS.

UCF ChargeOn Tailgate

Registration is required to attend. *Please note that all ticket sales are final and refunds will not be issued. The tailgate admission cost does not include a game ticket.

With a three-story-tall helmet wall to greet you as you walk in the building, the College Football Hall of Fame is the perfect setting for the UCF ChargeOn Tailgate. Its location is right in the heart of downtown Atlanta, less than one mile from Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

Start off the New Year celebrating with Knights fans of all ages at the UCF ChargeOn Tailgate! You can expect special appearances by UCF fan favorites as well a drink ticket, breakfast buffet, fan giveaways and cash bar beverages.

Due to an incredible response from UCF alumni and friends, this event reached capacity in less than 24 hours! 

Knights fans can gather at Murph’s to watch the UCF men’s basketball team in its New Year’s Eve conference matchup against ECU. Murph’s is opening its doors exclusively to UCF fans and will have the game playing on all 22 of its televisions. Best of all, it’s FREE to attend, but you must register in advance. Only those who register in advance will be admitted into the event. Space is limited.

  • Fan Day at the College Football Hall of Fame
    Football fans will love Fan Day at the new, highly-immersive and engaging College Football Hall of Fame, conveniently located adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park. With numerous interactive exhibits and games including the Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl SkillZone, fans can experience the history and tradition of college football in a truly unique way, all at an exclusive discounted rate.   • Mercedes-Benz Stadium Tour (11 a.m.)
    From the field to the locker room, you'll have behind-the-scenes access to Mercedes-Benz Stadium on this 90-minute tour. Fans can use the code TOUR7 to receive a 20 percent discount on their ticket through Ticketmaster.
  • Six Flags Over Georgia – Bowl Weekend Pep Rally (2-10 p.m.)

    Discounted tickets ($29.99) available by visiting www.sixflags.com/overgeorgia and entering promo code “UCF” in the upper right hand corner of the webpage. A Marching Knights performance is scheduled for 2 p.m. at the park entrance.

 Sunday, Dec. 31
  • NFL matchup: Carolina Panthers at Atlanta Falcons (1 p.m. EST) 
    UCF fans can watch alumnus Kemal Ishmael '13 -- one of 15 Knights currently playing in the NFL -- suit up for the Falcons when Atlanta hosts the Carolina Panthers at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Find Tickets
  • Hotel Fan Fest (2-5 p.m.)
    The Marching Knights will have a performance in the lobby of the Omni Atlanta Hotel at CNN Center at 4:30 p.m.
  • Fan Night at the Georgia Aquarium (4-8 p.m.)
    At the world's largest aquarium, fans will get to see tens of thousands of exotic and local marine life as well as enjoy some food and beverages, while mingling with other football fans. Adding to the festive atmosphere will be the attendance of each team’s cheerleaders and mascots, and the Marching Knights are scheduled to perform at 6:30 p.m.
  • Downtown Countdown (8 p.m.- 2 a.m.)
    *Not an official Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or UCF-related event 
    Atlanta's 14th annual Downtown Countdown at Southern Exchange includes entertainment, open bar, gourmet food and a midnight champagne toast. This event is for ages 21+ and tickets start at $109.
  • Peach Drop (Park opens at 5:30 p.m.)
    *Not an official Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl or UCF-related event 
    This tradition spanning nearly three decades is moving to a new location this year: Woodruff Park. Located a half-mile from the Omni Atlanta Hotel and Centennial Olympic Park, this event, which features an 800-pound peach, has been touted as the largest New Year’s Eve celebration in the Southeast. Admission for the Peach Drop is free and the park will open to visitors at 5:30 that night. The entertainment will begin at 7 p.m. Find more details about the Peach Drop here.
 Monday, Jan. 1
  • Chick-Fil-A Peach Bowl FanFest presented by Tyson (8 a.m.-Noon)
    Before heading into Mercedes-Benz Stadium for kickoff, check out FanFest, featuring food, interactive games, entertainment, official limited edition merchandise, giveaways and more. UCF's pep rally within FanFest, featuring the band, spirit team and Knightro, will begin at 10:50 a.m. 
  • Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl Parade presented by Lions Clubs International (8 a.m.)
    This free event includes the pageantry of floats, classic cars, cheerleaders, mascots, award-winning marching bands and more.
  • Official MVP Tailgate (10 a.m.)
    Enjoy preferred stadium access 30 minutes before the gates open and take advantage of the AMG Lounge, located on the field level where you will be treated to food, beverages and entertainment. Tickets start at $135 per guest.
