Tell us a little about yourself! 

I graduated UCF in 2017! I started writing professionally in 2023 and have three books out in my fantasy romance series. 

When did you first realize you wanted to be a writer? 

I’ve always loved writing but didn’t consider it a career option until a story came to me that I felt needed to be told. 

What’s your writing process? What inspires your writing? 

I’m a “plantster” meaning I have a loose plot that changes as I write! I was inspired to write because I wanted to find a way to express myself while exploring topics I’m passionate about. 

What was the biggest thing you learned during your time as a Knight that you apply to your life today? 

Never be afraid to chase crazy ideas.

Rebecca Yarros, Veronica Roth, Penn Cole 

If UCF had a time machine, what moment on campus would you go back to? 

The moment I met my husband! 

What are you currently working on right now? 

The next novella in my fantasy series!
