Get ready to embark on an unforgettable journey as Knights from across the East and Midwest kingdoms converge for a legendary gathering! If you’re looking to connect with other Knights, it’s time to mark your calendars for the most anticipated event of the season – National Networking Knight!
On Thursday, March 7, 2024, the UCF Alumni family will unite at the UCF FAIRWINDS Alumni Center in a spectacular display of camaraderie and connection. Each of eleven regional alumni communities will host its own vibrant affair, set against the backdrop of beloved eateries that are the heartbeats of their communities.
For the first time ever, attendees at FAIRWINDS will be able to see Knights around the country through the magic of simulcast, says Mike Bosley ’94 ’97MA ’04EdD, National Networking Knight Lead. Bosley is not only a proud three-time UCF alum but is also the founding administrator of the Valencia College – Lake Nona campus.
“I can’t wait to connect with fellow Knights and extend a warm welcome to new faces at this year’s National Networking Knight,” Bosley says. “Through innovative virtual technology, we’ll bridge the gap between our regional communities, offering a truly immersive experience for all attendees. Plus, we’ve got a special surprise in store: a dedicated link for sharing event photos on our social platform, ensuring that memories made will last a lifetime.”
We’re thrilled to announce our distinguished guest speaker for the evening, Maritza Martinez-Guerrero 00 ’05MA ’11MBA, vice president of External Affairs and Philanthropy for the Orlando Magic. Martinez-Guerrero brings her unique insights and expertise to inspire and empower our Knight community. Her presentation, “The Magic of Networking,” promises to elevate the event to new heights.
And of course, Knightro will be there in person, so get ready to post your selfies up!
What’s a gathering without some fantastic swag and entertainment? A limited number of attendees will receive an exclusive swag bag filled with treasures from Knightro’s prize closet. Plus, get ready to unleash your competitive spirit with Networking Bingo and other engaging games. Some lucky Knight will also win two tickets to Universal Studios!

General admission to the Orlando event is free; attendees may also choose the premium admission package which includes an exclusive Citronaut tumbler; the Knightro Pass, which allows attendees to zoom to the front of the headshot line, and a session with one of our career coaches.
