Allison Mignardi and Nicholas Chase

Our story begins at UCF (Go Knights! Charge On!). I guess you could call us college sweethearts! We met in, of all places, a physical science class. Unbeknownst to each other, we were both picked as study-group leaders for the course. I saw Allison stand up in the back of the class and was enamored. Six months later, I finally asked Allison out on our first date: Light Up UCF. We fell on the ice rink (several times) and for each other! It wasn’t long before Allison and I discovered our mutual love for music. In fact, we actually performed in the UCF Wind Ensemble together. But even more than music, we both LOVE Disney World. We’d love to travel the world, but for now we love eating and drinking around the world in one day. On June 28, 2019, while strolling down Park Avenue, I asked Allison to marry me. Of course, she said yes (more like yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes!). On June 25, 2020, we’re getting married!
