Whitney Hodge ’12 and Jaquan Hodge ’12

Jaquan and I met in 2011 – but it almost didn’t happen. I was starting my graduate degree and was new to the campus. I got on the UCF shuttle to go home for the day. As the driver started to leave, all of us on the bus told him to wait because a young man was running to catch the shuttle. The driver waited, and once the young man got on the bus, we locked our eyes on each other, and the rest is history. We got married in 2014, and are celebrating our tenth anniversary this September!!
