Young Alumni

The Young Alumni Community helps guide young alumni through the next phase of life. Whether you are local in the Central Florida area or have moved across the country, this is a great way to remain active and stay connected to UCF with programming and events tailored to young alumni needs and wants!

UCF defines young alumni as a graduate 32 years of age or younger. Young alumni account for one third of our alumni population, making them our largest alumni group. As a young alumni, there are many ways to remain active, and the Young Alumni Community plays a significant role in fostering your relationship with your alma mater through engagement and philanthropy.

All of the events and programs of the UCF Young Alumni Community are open to all UCF graduates who are interested in participating.

Young Alumni Ambassadors are passionate advocates for UCF who help strengthen the connection between recent graduates and the university. As an ambassador, you play a vital role in fostering community, encouraging engagement, and promoting a culture of philanthropy among young alumni. By sharing your energy and enthusiasm, you join a dynamic network of leaders committed to supporting UCF’s mission and inspiring fellow Knights to stay involved. Together, we create meaningful opportunities for alumni to give back, celebrate their UCF pride, and make a lasting impact.
The ChargeOn Mentoring Program connects UCF alumni across generations to support professional growth and career development. This program pairs young alumni (graduates age 32 or younger) with experienced UCF alumni mentors who provide guidance, share industry insights, and help build essential skills. Matches are based on professional goals and interests such as networking, applying to graduate or professional schools, time management, and more.
