UCF defines young alumni as a graduate 32 years of age or younger. Young alumni account for one third of our alumni population, making them our largest alumni group.
As a young alumni, there are many ways to remain active, and the Young Alumni Community plays a significant role in fostering your relationship with your alma mater through engagement and philanthropy.
The Young Alumni Community helps guide young alumni through the next phase of life. Whether you are local in the Central Florida area or have moved across the country, this is a great way to remain active and stay connected to UCF with programming and events tailored to young alumni needs and wants!
The 30 Under 30 awards program recognizes outstanding young alumni who continue to "Reach for the Stars" in their professional and personal lives since graduating from the University of Central Florida. The 30 Under 30 awards program seeks to highlight the achievements of young alumni who have made an impact and remained connected to the UCF community. All alumni 29 years of age or younger are eligible for this prestigious honor.
Adulting Series
Venturing into adulthood can be nerve-wracking. This series is aimed at helping young alumni navigate adulthood through financial, physical, and functional wellness.
Upcoming sessions will be announced soon. In the meantime, you can always catch up on past sessions on the Alumni Virtual Hub.
Coffee & Connect
Coffee & Connect is a Young Alumni Community series that looks at bringing conversations with UCF's top leadership to our alumni in a casual and informal setting. No speeches. No presentations. Just the opportunity to connect and have your questions answered. This bi-annual event will take place once in the fall and once in the spring and target key leadership individuals and issues that impact the Young Alumni Community.
