Essay to Amazon Leads to Audible Impact
Here is the story of alumna Sheryl Bo ’09:
“I’m a private tutor for students on the autism spectrum. I was teaching them how to write a persuasive essay when we had the idea to write to Jeff Bezos at Amazon. Our goal was to help others receive credits for audiobooks while schools were closed. We have Audible, so it wasn’t for us. They ended up responding by creating the free website, https://stories.audible.com. Here is an article that was written by Step Up for Students, the scholarship program that all my students receive.“
