Committee Updates

This form should be used to provide updates to any board, mentorship program, committee, etc. for updating in Apollo CRM.

Individual updates, as well as mass updates can be sent in via this form utilizing the upload document feature.

This form helps maintain the CRM Committee S t andards for the accurate reporting of volunteer metrics.

Please provide all of the information requested in order to ensure a quick turn-around time. Note: while IDs are not required, it will greatly reduce the turnaround time. Expected turnaround time of a submission with IDs is approximately 5 business days, without IDs it is approximately 10 business days.
