Sunday, Oct. 18
12:30-4 p.m.
The College of Health Professions and Sciences, College of Medicine, and College of Nursing are teaming up for a shared service experience supporting Project Right to Sight.
Project Right to Sight serves low income and uninsured persons throughout Central Florida, providing vision care services to at least 30 individuals each month who otherwise have difficulty accessing the care they need. Glasses are also provided to organizations doing missionary work abroad.
Both light-duty and heavier-duty tasks will be available so that volunteers can participate at a level that works for them.

Join us for a morning of service in one of Orlando’s historic neighborhoods. Volunteers will help cultivate fresh produce at the Parramore Community Garden and take part in a community cleanup with Keep Orlando Beautiful. Together, we’ll be cultivating community and creating change by addressing food insecurity, supporting sustainability and fostering pride in Parramore. This family-friendly event is welcome to all.
This year we will also be collecting gardening supplies for the Parramore Community Garden as an additional opportunity to give back.

Join fellow CCIE Alumni for a day of service supporting Clean the World Orlando. This organization helps to divert soap and bottled amenity waste from landfills through recycling and repurposing them into new soap products that are distributed worldwide to global NGOs such as the WASH Foundation.

2026 Florida Breast Cancer Foundation Race 2Cure 5k and Tribute Walk
Located at the Oviedo Mall
Join the Greater Orlando Knights Community as we give back and help the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation and the Orlando Sports Foundation at the 2026 Race 2 Cure 5K and Tribute Walk. All members of the Greater Orlando community interested in giving back are welcome to attend and serve their community.
We are looking for volunteers to help with set up, registration, parking, cheering on racers, and tear down after the race is complete. The event is family friendly, and volunteers of all ages are welcome.

Well of Hope Food Bank & Thrift Store
We are asking for Lake County UCF Knights to join and help the less fortunate in our community. Alumni can help in two ways: by donating non-perishable food goods during the event hours and/or assisting with the collection, organization and packaging of food donations to give out to needy families.

Help Touch of Grey Rescue with landscaping, assembling office furniture, creating a turtle enclosure, painting and bathing/brushing, loving the dogs – just to name a few things!

Join us for a meaningful morning of service as we come together for a Coastal Cleanup Day. UCF volunteers will help preserve one of our community’s most beautiful natural spaces by cleaning a one-mile stretch of shoreline south of the park, collecting debris and leaving the beach cleaner and safer for everyone who enjoys it.

Join your UCF Jacksonville Knights for this year’s AlumKnights Give Back event in partnership with St. Johns Riverkeeper!
We’ll be rolling up our sleeves and giving back to our community with a waterway cleanup at McCoy’s Creek. Together, we’ll help keep our city’s waterways clean and beautiful while making a positive impact right here in Jacksonville.

Trees Atlanta Tree Planting Meeting Point
Join your UCF Atlanta Community as we volunteer at Trees Atlanta to plant trees in the East Atlanta area. You will work alongside other alumni while we plant around 54 new trees on Metropolitan Ave to help sustain our urban forest. This is a family friendly event so bring your friends and family (under 16 must be accompanied by an adult).

Mass Audubon’s Boston Nature Center and Wildlife Sanctuary
This year, we are partnering with Mass Audubon at the Boston Nature Center! We will take a brief tour and history of the sanctuary, an introduction to Mass Audubon’s ecological goals, and work to restore habitat in our Red Maple Swamp through removing invasive plants such as buckthorn and porcelain berry.

Join the UCF Chicago Alumni Community on for a meaningful afternoon of service at Cradles to Crayons’ Giving Factory! We’ll work together to help provide children throughout the Chicagoland area with the clothing and essentials they need.
During our shift, volunteers will quality check, sort, package, and prepare new and gently used donations for distribution to local children. A Volunteer Leader will guide us throughout the experience, so no prior volunteer experience is needed.

Join the UCF Houston Alumni Community as we spend the morning volunteering at the Houston Food Bank. Knights, family and friends are invited to help support neighbors throughout the Houston area while connecting with fellow UCF alumni and supporters.
Volunteers should expect a hands-on service project in the Food Bank’s warehouse.

Lead 359 Leaders of Excellence, Advocacy and Discovery
Join your New York UCF Knights Community for AlumKnights Give Back at LEAD Public School 359! Spend the day making a difference by engaging with students through outdoor games, arts and crafts, and fun activities while sharing UCF pride and school spirit.
Volunteers will also support teachers and staff with classroom and school improvement projects as needed. This is a great opportunity to connect with fellow Knights, give back and represent the best of UCF in New York City.
UCF Alumni is always looking for Knights who are passionate about UCF and ready to lead.
