Elaine and Brandon Gall

We met the first week of the fall semester at a welcome-back-to-campus event and we fell for each other hard. Brandon was actively involved in his fraternity and pursuing a degree in history. I was a nursing student, involved in my sorority, LEAD Scholars, Sigma Alpha Pi, and later Homecoming Court, President’s Leadership Council, and Order of Pegasus. Brandon and I grew up 10 miles away from each other, but it took going to UCF for us to actually meet. The foundation of our relationship was built by UCF. From walks to Lake Claire and sitting on the dock, tailgates and football games, to Knight-Thon and other philanthropy events, every memory of the first three years of our relationship bleed black and gold. We were lucky enough to also find our best friends at UCF who stood by our sides at our wedding and helped us welcome our first child together. Even though we aren’t in Orlando anymore, UCF will always hold our hearts.
