Jacob Sambursky and Ali Adela Payan

We met for the first time during undergrad while attending UCF. However, our goals of becoming a medical doctor and nurse practitioner were in our sights and timing just wasn’t perfect… yet. A few years later, Ali was almost finished with her doctorates and I had matched at University of Miami for neurology residency. It was finally the right time. We started dating and the first time we said “I love you” was while celebrating a UCF football win. Today, we both live in Miami and we’re engaged to be married in 2022. Life is great for these two Knights and we couldn’t be more thankful to UCF for making it happen.
