Frequently Asked Questions

How do I update my BINGO card?

Updating your BINGO card is easy and up to you how you choose to update it:
– You can print and color or fill in the boxes.
– You can update digitally using an online graphic design tool like Canva or PicMonkey.

Can I put one book in multiple BINGO squares?

Absolutely! This is a fun summer reading challenge, so fill out your BINGO card how it works for you. If that means using one book per square, great! If that means using one book for multiple squares, great!

What do I do when I complete a BINGO

Submit the completion form on this page to receive your stickers and be entered for a chance to win one of the grand prizes!

Where can I find a list of UCF Knight Authors?

You can find the list of all of our amazing Knight Authors on our Knight Author website.

This can be a book that was recommended to you by a friend, BookTok/Bookstagram, a librarian, a bookseller or even just something you saw someone reading that looked good!

What is a Blind Date with a Book?

Blind Date with a Book is a trend where a book is wrapped to conceal the cover, title, author, etc. and a few keywords are indicated as clues about the book.

You can take this literally and purchase a blind date with a book from a bookstore, have a friend/bookseller/librarian choose a book for you, or any other method of choosing a book ‘blindly’ that you can think of.

What is Page to Screen?

Page to screen refers to any book that has been turned into a movie or tv show.

You could also think of this in reverse and read a book that was inspired by a tv show or movie.

What are the ages for Little Knights vs. Junior Knights?

The Little Knights Challenge is geared towards primary readers while the Junior Knights Challenge is designed more for intermediate readers. From there, choose the one that best fits your kid’s reading.

New to the Challenges?

Whether you’re an avid reader, just getting back into reading, or you want a fun summer activity to share with your child, you’re welcome to join in the fun!
