Stacey Embry ’19MS is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, an Exercise in Medicine Professional, and a Personal Trainer. Stacey earned her Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science from UCF in 2019 while completing a graduate assistantship in Fitness. When Stacey is not teaching or training, she enjoys ballroom dancing.
Pam Mills coordinates the stress management programming at Wellness and Health Promotion Services, a department within the division of SDES at UCF. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a certified biofeedback counselor and Koru Mindfulness Instructor. Pam has been at UCF for 12 years.
