Arman Canlas is currently the Graduate Assistant of Strength and Conditioning for the RWC and is pursuing a Master of Science in Kinesiology. In his free time, Arman likes to work out, read, and volunteer at his local church.

 

Stacey Embry ’19MS is a Certified Exercise Physiologist, an Exercise in Medicine Professional, and a Personal Trainer. Stacey earned her Master’s in Sport and Exercise Science from UCF in 2019 while completing a graduate assistantship in Fitness. When Stacey is not teaching or training, she enjoys ballroom dancing.

 

Pam Mills coordinates the stress management programming at Wellness and Health Promotion Services, a department within the division of SDES at UCF. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a certified biofeedback counselor and Koru Mindfulness Instructor. Pam has been at UCF for 12 years. 

 

Megan Case is the Nutrition and Outreach Coordinator for Wellness and Health Promotion Services at UCF. She’s been with the university for 4 years and has worked in the field for 11 years.
