UCF defines young alumni as a graduate 32 years of age or younger. Young alumni account for one third of our alumni population, making them our largest alumni group. As a young alumni, there are many ways to remain active, and the Young Alumni Community plays a significant role in fostering your relationship with your alma mater through engagement and philanthropy.

The ChargeOn Mentoring program is focused on connecting individuals based on professional development goals and interests such as learning to network, applying to professional schools, time management and more! A meaningful mentor/mentee relationship can make the difference in the development of a knights career. Alumni mentors will share professional experiences, provide new perspectives and insights into their industry, share knowledge about career advancement and professional development opportunities, share information about professional organizations they belong to and assist in building and enhancement of their mentee’s individual skill set.
